Integrative psychiatry is a type of mental health care that takes a holistic approach to wellness by combining conventional psychiatric treatments with complementary and alternative therapies.
One of the key aspects of integrative psychiatry is the use of complementary and alternative medicine practices, such as acupuncture, mindfulness meditation and massage therapy, to support the healing process. These practices have been shown to have a positive impact on mental health by reducing stress, improving sleep and enhancing mood.
